KOM OG VÆR FRIVILLIG PÅ DANISH+
DANISH+ er en kombineret festival og showcase, der præsenterer noget af det bedste af dansk scenekunst for børn og unge. Det sker den 6.- 8. maj 2024, hvor internationale fagfolk fra festivaler, kulturhuse og teatre fra hele verden besøger Aarhus for at opleve dansk scenekunst. I løbet af de tre dage, vil 13 forestillinger blive præsenteret rundt omkring på byens scener – for de internationale gæster og for det aarhusianske publikum.

DANISH+ is a combined festival and showcase that presents some of the best of Danish performing arts for children and young people. It will take place on 6 - 8 May 2024, where international professionals from festivals, cultural centers and theaters from all over the world will visit Aarhus to experience Danish performing arts. During the three days, 13 performances will be presented around the city stages - for the international guests and for the Aarhus audience.

HVEM SØGER VI
ALLE DER GERNE VIL OPLEVE TRE SPÆNDENDE DAGE FYLDT MED TEATER OG SCENEKUNST, SAMMEN MED ET STÆRKT FRIVILLIGT TEAM!
Vi får bl.a. brug for frivillige hænder til både opsætning og nedtagning af forestillinger, åbningsreception, festivalcafé, billetsalg, publikumspleje m.m. Vi har brug for frivillige i tidsrummet 7.00 til ca. 24.00 de fleste dage, men en vagt vil dog højst vare omkring de 6-8 timer (evt. fordelt over flere dage).
Vi søger frivillige, der:

Har en udadvendt og positiv tilgang til nye mennesker

Kan afsætte min. 8 timer mellem d. 6.- 8. maj 2024

Kan holde til at løfte og bære, hvis man gerne vil hjælpe de enkelte teatre (ikke et krav – det afhænger af hvilken slags vagt, du får)
Du får:

Mulighed for at blive en del af et lille eksklusivt fællesskab af frivillige, som vil blive kontaktet i forbindelse med fremtidige arrangementer.

Mulighed for at opleve en masse fantastisk scenekunst. Der er fri entré til alle festivalens forestillinger, såfremt der er plads.

Invitation til den officielle åbning på Teatret Gruppe 38, med forestillingen ”BENCHED” og efterfølgende reception.

Mulighed for at skabe dig et netværk i den danske scenekunstbranche.
EVERYONE WHO WANTS TO EXPERIENCE THREE EXCITING DAYS FILLED WITH THEATER AND PERFORMANCE, TOGETHER WITH A STRONG VOLUNTEER TEAM!
Among other things, we need volunteers for both setting up and taking down performances, opening reception, the festival café, ticket sales, audience care, etc.
We need volunteers in the period 7.00 to around 24.00 most days, but a shift will last a maximum of around 6-8 hours (possibly spread over several days).
We are looking for volunteers who:

Has an outgoing and positive approach to new people

Can set aside min. 8 hours between 6 - 8 May 2024

Can hold and carry if you want to help the individual theaters (not a requirement - it depends on what kind of guard you get)
You will get:

The opportunity to be part of a small exclusive community of volunteers who will be contacted in connection with future events.

Opportunity to experience a lot of fantastic performing arts. There is free admission to all the festival's performances, as long as there is room.

Invitation to the official opening at Teatret Gruppe 38, with the performance "BENCHED" and afterwords reception.

Opportunity to make network in thei ndustry of Danish performing arts.
