THE GAME

THE GAME is an interactive dance performance about anxiety, created especially for young people – with adults warmly invited to take part.

Set in a fairytale-like, life-size board game, the audience becomes active players alongside four professional dancers, guided through the game of life by a game master. Inspired by real stories from young people themselves, THE GAME explores anxiety and stress as experiences as more and more young people live with today.

Presented by Holstebro Dance Company and choreographed by the artistic duo Bobbi Lo, the performance is playful, open, and deeply reflective. Through movement, participation, and shared encounters, THE GAME creates a safe and engaging space where young audiences can explore, discuss, and connect around different forms of pressure and vulnerability.

A captivating and moving dance experience that invites empathy, dialogue, and community, and leaves a lasting impression.
